Yes!  For live chat support click the chat heart bubble in the lower right corner of the screen to begin.  We’re pretty chatty most of the time but once in a while we may be offline. Yes, we sure do!  Bikini Junkie delivers your order direct to your door, wherever you are in the world.  For our International customers, please choose the International Shipping option at checkout.  Import duties, taxes, & charges are not included in the item price or in the shipping charges.  These extra costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept the following forms of payment for all purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Bikini Junkie Gift Cards, and Cash (in-store only).

Bikini Junkie uses industry-standard encryption systems for sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit and debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

Once you've placed an order, you'll be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this may take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox!  Once our team has processed your order, you'll receive a second email letting you know your order is on its way to you.

Yes!  Once you've placed an order you'll shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add hello@bikinijunkie.com to your contacts to ensure your confirmation email doesn't end up in your Junk/Spam folder.  If you haven't received your order confirmation email please contact us.

Once you've placed your order it's not possible to amend any details, as our team will have already started processing your order.

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you won't be able to cancel it.

Your tracking number will become available once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse & will be sent to you via email.

Oh, no!  We're so sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or defective item. Please send us message with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we'll do our best to resolve this promptly for you.

You can track the status of your order via your email confirmation.  If you are unable to access the status of your order, please contact us and we'll get back to you ASAP.

We're currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated in 'How do I return an item?’.

Please review the following return policy that governs your use & purchase of products on our site.  If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we're happy provide an exchange or store credit if the following conditions are met:

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the package delivery date.

Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered, soiled, washed or laundered.

Merchandise must have all tags attached, liners in tact, & returned in original packaging.

Merchandise returned without these requirements may result in a delayed store credit or may not qualify for an exchange.  

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.  Packages that arrive COD will be denied.

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.  It's critical we protect the health and safety of our customers.  Final sale items include swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, shoes, accessories, jewelry and bodycare.

For all USA orders, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of receiving your purchase.  International orders are FINAL SALE.  Please return items in their original packaging.  For a full breakdown on what items are eligible to return please see ‘What's your return policy?’.

We're so sorry but we're unable to offer a free returns service at this time.  Please return your item using a standard trackable service.

For all USA purchases we recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, trackable method of shipping to ensure a safe and documented delivery.  Post office counters are a great option.  Please do not post the package without obtaining a receipt of postage.  Keep your receipt of postage safe as you may need this as your proof of return.

We're so sorry but we're unable to offer a free returns service at this time. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service.

Our goal is to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your store credit or exchange to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we'll check this out for you.

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse you'll receive an email notification. You'll then also receive an email from us to say your store credit has been processed.  Please note it can take 3-5 business days for the store credit to show in your Bikini Junkie account.
